Whole USDA certified processed Red Wattle pork. It is an ethically pasture raised hog. This is not your grocery store's pork. It is well known for its red meat.
 
This is a non refundable deposit to reserve your spot that will be applied towards your final payment.
They will be processed at the end of February and will be ready for pick up early March.
Prior to picking up, your final payment is due.
 
The price will be 12 dollars per pound of hanging weight.
The goal for weight will be approximately 150 to 200 pounds. If the pig's hanging weight comes out to 200 then the cost will be 2,000 dollars minus your deposit of $200 for whole.
